Clean Care & Repair complies with the obligations incumbent upon it under the Data Protection Law and the Law on personal data processing and the protection of privacy in the electronic communications sector. Our Privacy and Cookies Policy explains how we will treat any personal information you provide to us when using this website and the services we make available through it.

 

1 – Data Collection and Registration Clean Care & Repair is committed to protecting the privacy of its website users and, as such, only collects personal information from those who provide it voluntarily, and uses it only for the purposes for which it was provided. The personal data collected by Clean Care & Repair is processed automatically and is intended for the management of the client file, services, and support requests. 2 – Rectification or deletion of provided data 2.1 – Provision of data and rectification Under applicable legislation, the user has the right to access and rectify their data. Therefore, Clean Care & Repair offers the client permanent access to their data, enabling its rectification at any time.

2.2 – Free provision of data and acceptance of this privacy policy Any user may freely choose whether or not to provide their data. Filling out the client file, contact form, quote request, and newsletter subscription form is considered a voluntary indication of data and is understood as a declaration of acceptance by the client of this privacy policy, as well as the processing and storage of such data by Clean Care & Repair for the commercial purposes for which they are intended. Thus, Clean Care & Repair reserves the right to store and use the data provided by the client until the client makes an express declaration requesting its deletion.

2.3 – Deletion of data Although Clean Care & Repair does not commit to storing client data after the deadlines for renewal of its services have been exceeded and/or after the termination of the contract without express information regarding this, Clean Care & Repair cannot ascertain with certainty whether or not the client intends to remain registered as a Clean Care & Repair client. If it is in the client’s interest not to be contacted by Clean Care & Repair anymore and for Clean Care & Repair to no longer keep their data, they must expressly request the deletion of their data from our databases. 3 – Security and use of your information Clean Care & Repair undertakes not to sell, rent, transmit, or under any other title transfer to third parties any personal data sent by users of our site, without prejudice to doing so with the user’s authorization or when legally obliged. Clean Care & Repair ensures that, as far as is required and reasonable, appropriate technical measures have been adopted and organized to protect personal data against destruction, alteration, and/or accidental or illicit, unauthorized dissemination of personal data.
